building bridges, not arguments

— Be Still in the Boat
Panic cannot steer the soul.

Scripture
“Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?” — Mark 4:40

Reflection
Christ calms the storm, but first He addresses the fear within the disciples.
Outer storms reveal where our inner trust is still growing.
Many traditions teach stillness as a way of returning to the Divine center.
Faith does not always remove the waves, but it changes who holds the helm.

Bridge Insight
Bahá’í teachings encourage reliance on God amid tests, seeing difficulty as a means of spiritual strengthening.

Daily Practice
When worry rises, pause and breathe before acting.

Closing Invitation
Let’s find stillness together—building bridges, not arguments
