The soul must sometimes sell what is lesser to receive what is greater.

“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field.” — Matthew 13:44

Reflection
Christ describes truth as treasure worth everything.
The challenge is that we cannot carry every attachment into the field of discovery.
Across traditions, seekers are asked to let go of lesser securities for deeper life.
Spiritual treasure is found by those willing to be changed by what they find.

Bahá’í teachings invite each person to investigate truth independently and respond with courage.
