What truly sustains us?

Scripture
“I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry.” — John 6:35

Reflection
Christ offers Himself as nourishment for the soul.
Beyond physical needs, we hunger for meaning, connection, and truth.
Many traditions speak of spiritual sustenance that feeds the inner life.
When we receive this, we are strengthened in ways the world cannot provide.

Bridge Insight
Bahá’í teachings describe God’s word as nourishment for the soul across all ages.

Daily Practice
Read a short passage of scripture slowly and reflect on it.
